This morning we decided to try the buffet breakfast, which was actually Brunch.
Today we had the mission of raiding the remaining shopping outlets in Las Vegas.
First up we visited the Premium Outlets South which was about 20mins from the strip.
In the parking lot we spotted something Yellow.
After quickly raiding one shoe store and deciding it wasn’t worth the time to go through the entire centre, we returned to the Mirage to drop off our new shoes.
From the hotel we went to the North outlet.
On this Taxi trip we had a very interesting taxi driver, he swore like a drunken sailor, such a refreshing relief.
Over the past few days I’ve had to hold back my tongue, often muttering my thoughts on super low volume but even then Cat would still whisper and notion the international sign of ‘ShOOSH’.
i just like to state the facts, I call a black kettle a black kettle, not a dark coloured kettle.
Anyways, after talking to us this taxi driver added some Aussie foul language into his vocabulary.
In Polo Ralph Lauren, Cat spotted this fashionista and asked to take his photo … obviously queer, but props to him for choice of handbag (Hermes Birkin).
He was actually accompanied by two boyfriends…. LOL
Look Paul, he has a cardigan like YOU ! (i know it’s a jacket).
All the girls at the PRL counter were bubbly coloured woman singing Beyonce and shaking their big booties (looked like they were hiding hardhats in their jeans).
The girls serving us asked Cat;
Counter chick: GurL, you AsiannNn ???
Cat: Yes
Counter chick: OH cause you are the most BEAUTIFUL Asian EVerRrrrRr !!!
Mano: *CHUCKLE*
Cat: *BLUSH* Thank You
I have to agree though, I haven’t seen anything decent looking what so over.
Where are all the girls i see on the internet ?!?! So misleading, haha.
Even at the Casinos, the ratio of good looking girls is about 1:200. Disappointing.
Back to the hotel for some rest.
Originally we intended to have the Buffet Dinner at The Bellagio, but scarred from the brunch buffet and buffet in general (thanks to Vietnam),
we chose a Japanese restaurant.
Still Peckish, we returned to The Mirage and had a late snack at Carnegie Deli
Hmm It’s a damn shame we weren’t in Las Vegas for longer.
Such a great place with an unreal atmosphere.
We didn’t visit all the Casinos – in fact probably only half of the major ones.
I didn’t experience any of the infamous strip clubs – Oh well just means I’ll have to come back with the boys o_-
Such an Oasis in the Desert.
Will definately return.
I suppose I should have warned you about the sheer volume of corned beef and cheese in the Reuben sandwich lol. Apparently its suppose to have about a kilo of meat in it! not the lightest of snacks haha
